A company with a history
Proal was founded in 1994 under the name Blekinge Pressgjuteri. Since then we have gathered the experience, the resources and the expertise needed to offer flexible solutions that cover customer-specific needs, whatever they look like.
1,100 tonnes
The machine park grows with a casting machine of 1,100 tonnes clamping force. Business areas broaden to larger articles.
Established in Poland
Blekinge Pressgjuteri AB starts up Proal Ltd in Wejherowo, Poland.
Major order and growth
The company wins a major order and grows with several new hires.
1,850 tonnes
The machine park grows with further CNC machines and casting machines, the largest at 1,850 tonnes clamping force. Business areas broaden further.
New capacity in both countries
Further CNC machines and a casting machine are commissioned. Proal Ltd gains expanded factory space and new production lines for both chromating and coating.
New segments
The customer portfolio expands with more medical technology and energy-related products. The defence industry segment develops strongly.
One brand
The operations in Sweden and Poland are brought together under one shared brand: Proal.
