Medical technology

Enclosures, chassis and load-bearing structures for medical equipment, where the documentation matters as much as the part.

A blasted and chromated aluminium enclosure for medical equipment.

The challenge

Medical equipment has long life cycles and tightly regulated change processes. Changing supplier for a part triggers a new verification. So the requirement is not just that the part comes out right — it has to come out exactly the same ten years from now.

What we do

We take the whole chain: the cast housing, the machined interfaces, chromating and coating, assembly of seals and cable glands. One article number, one inspection report, one supplier to qualify.

Requirements we meet

  • A documented and frozen process — changes are notified
  • Traceability from alloy batch to delivered part
  • Inspection reports from a climate-controlled metrology room
  • Clean surfaces and controlled handling
  • Long-term tool maintenance and spare part supply

Typical parts

  • Instrument enclosures
  • Load-bearing chassis
  • Cooling housings for electronics
  • Brackets and mounts

Send it over. You will get a technical assessment and an indicative price from someone who will actually make the part — not from a sales organisation.

We accept STEP, IGES, 3D models and 2D drawings. Confidentiality goes without saying.
