Capability 02
Our machining department runs both vertical and horizontal machining centres with up to 40 tool stations each. For efficient, high-quality precision work we also have multi-tasking lathes with driven tools.
A casting is rarely finished when it leaves the cell. Sealing faces, bearing seats, threads and fits all need machining — and that is where much of the value in a part is created.
Because we machine in-house, we can design the fixture at the same time as the tool. The casting gets the right datum surfaces from the start, the number of set-ups is minimised and the tolerance chain gets shorter.
The horizontal machines let us cut several faces in a single set-up, while the lathes with driven tools take rotationally symmetric parts all the way to a finished product.

Plants
All machining happens in Sölvesborg, next door to the casting cells and the metrology room.
Industries
Enclosures, chassis and load-bearing structures for medical equipment, where the documentation matters as much as the part.
Components for manufacturers of professional kitchen equipment, where parts must survive heat, grease and daily cleaning for decades.
Housings, covers and load-bearing components for pumps, valves and process equipment — where tightness and accuracy decide.
Next step
Send it over. You will get a technical assessment and an indicative price from someone who will actually make the part — not from a sales organisation.
We accept STEP, IGES, 3D models and 2D drawings. Confidentiality goes without saying.
