Recycled alloy
We cast in recycled aluminium alloy. Recycling aluminium takes a fraction of the energy of primary production, and the alloy also gives a more even melt.
Quality & environment
Our products are cast in recycled aluminium alloy. Besides protecting the environment, it also makes for a better end product. Our energy is mainly hydroelectric. To meet current environmental and quality requirements we work to our management system, certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Quality & environment
We cast in recycled aluminium alloy. Recycling aluminium takes a fraction of the energy of primary production, and the alloy also gives a more even melt.
Our energy supply is mainly hydroelectric. That makes the most energy-intensive part of our process — melting — considerably cleaner.
We invest continuously in modern equipment with a lower environmental impact that also raises productivity. A new machine is usually a cleaner machine too.
Certification
Quality is built in, not inspected in. Our work starts in tool design and follows the part through the whole flow: a documented first article, measurement in a climate-controlled metrology room, traceability, and an inspection report that travels with the delivery.
The metrology room is equipped with a Hexagon Global S 9.15.8 Green and a CE Johansson Cordimatic 6000, both running current PC-DMIS software.
DFM on cast geometry and machining interfaces before the tool is ordered.
A documented first article measured against the drawing.
Fixed parameters per article, robot-tended cells for repeatability.
Climate-controlled metrology room, PC-DMIS, inspection report at delivery.
From alloy batch to delivered part.
ISO 9001 · ISO 14001
Our management system is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 by A3Cert.
We work continuously to create a rewarding and developing environment for our people. We apply a high degree of personal responsibility and review training needs on an ongoing basis. Our people are what make long-term customer relationships possible.

We accept STEP, IGES, 3D models and 2D drawings. Confidentiality goes without saying.
