Wejherowo

Started in 2004 and today it is the whole company surface treatment. This is where the part gets its final finish and is put together.

Surface treatment & assembly

The 3,000 m² plant in Wejherowo holds all the experience and specialist skill needed to carry out manual finishing, chromating, powder coating and qualified assembly in-house. Around 50 people work here in modern premises.

Owning the chromating and coating line ourselves is decisive. An external coater runs its standard recipe; we can adjust the parameters for one specific part, produce samples and agree a limit specimen before the series starts.

The plant also holds blasting, tumbling and ball polishing, plus equipment for balancing parts with high rotational speed requirements.
