Blekinge Pressgjuteri AB, Tredenborgsvägen 20, SE-294 35 Sölvesborg, Sweden, is the controller for the personal data processed on this website.
If you have questions about how we process your data, you can reach us on +46 456 390 90.
When you contact us through a form on this website, we process the data you provide yourself: name, company, country, email address, phone number, your message and any files you attach.
When you visit the website we also process technical data such as IP address, browser type and which pages you visit — but only if you have consented to analytics cookies.
Enquiries submitted through a form are processed so that we can answer them and, where relevant, enter into an agreement. The legal basis is legitimate interest and steps taken prior to entering a contract.
Analysis of how the website is used takes place on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Enquiries that do not lead to business are erased no later than 24 months after the last contact. Data that forms part of a customer relationship is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter for as long as the law requires, for example under the Swedish Accounting Act.
The data is processed by staff within Proal and by the processors who supply our IT services, such as web hosting and email. We never sell personal data on.
You have the right to know what data we process about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to object to processing and to request that processing be restricted. Contact us and we will help you.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
We use necessary cookies to make the website work, for example to remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
Analytics cookies are only used if you consent to them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
