More than a die caster

Proal are specialists in aluminium die casting — but also in the machining, surface treatment and assembly that follow. Our concept lets us control the entire chain, from making the die to delivering complete systems, in small and large quantities alike.

Our products are found in medical technology, with manufacturers of professional foodservice equipment, and with component producers in the process, energy and defence industries. A product from Proal should meet or exceed your expectations.

Tooling and design support

A good casting starts in the tool. We work with your design team before the die is ordered: wall thicknesses, draft angles, parting lines, gating and ejector placement decide both quality and unit cost for the entire life of the product.

We also take over existing tools. Tool transfers from other suppliers are routine work for us — we review the condition of the die, run sample castings and document everything before series production starts.

Send it over. You will get a technical assessment and an indicative price from someone who will actually make the part — not from a sales organisation.

We accept STEP, IGES, 3D models and 2D drawings. Confidentiality goes without saying.
