Professional foodservice

Components for manufacturers of professional kitchen equipment, where parts must survive heat, grease and daily cleaning for decades.

Cast and machined aluminium parts for professional kitchen equipment on a stainless worktop.

The challenge

A professional kitchen is one of the harshest environments an aluminium part can end up in: temperature cycling, alkaline detergents, mechanical wear — and an expectation that the surface still looks new after ten years of service.

What we do

We choose the surface treatment to suit the environment, not the price list. Chromating as a base and powder coating as protection, with sample parts and an agreed limit specimen before the series starts.

A powder coating line where aluminium parts on an overhead conveyor enter a curing oven.

Requirements we meet

  • Surface treatment that withstands alkaline cleaning
  • Dimensional stability under repeated temperature cycling
  • Smooth radii and surfaces without dirt traps
  • Cost-efficient casting in large series
  • Assembled sub-systems ready for final assembly

Typical parts

  • Burner housings
  • Manifolds and distributors
  • Door and hatch frames
  • Handles and fittings
