Focus
Casting & machining

The plant on Tredenborgsvägen holds the whole heavy end of the chain: six robot-tended casting cells, eleven machining centres and a climate-controlled metrology room. Around 50 people work here.

Having casting and machining under one roof is no accident. The machining fixture is designed at the same time as the die, and that link only becomes real in daily work when you can walk twenty metres from the casting cell to the machining centre.

The metrology room is in the same building. A dimension that drifts can therefore be investigated the same day instead of being shipped off and waited for.

What we do here

  • Die casting in six robot-tended cells, 320-1,850 tonnes
  • Machining in eleven machining centres
  • Multi-tasking lathes with driven tools
  • Measurement in a climate-controlled room running PC-DMIS
  • Blasting, tumbling and vibratory deburring
  • Assembly and packaging
